The looms and their skilled operators weave everything from ingrain carpets, coverlets and runners, and material used by movies and Civil War reenactors. When David Kline started his small business in Red Lion, PA twenty-five years ago, he started with two looms in a rented location. The first productions were coverlets, which they still personalize today. As the business grew, they began making table runners. That rental location lasted for two and a half years before the business had grown so much that Mr. Kline was able to purchase a location outside of town. Also joining in the business were David's wife Carole who has kept the company books from the beginning, as well as the Kline's son Pat and his wife Kelly.Today Family Heirloom Weavers has expanded from 2 looms and their original family members, to over 40 looms and 18 employees.
